In this sense that travels on and on
The dissipated energies of sense keep working uncontrollably,
At every moment,
these unwanted things are controoling
the mind ( heart), pleasures, worries and living.......

Concentrate on the wanted sounds (consciousness),
and collect all of these sounds into the core of the spirit

Happiness of liberation,
